This website tells me about what was going on while he was major. While he was major the police officals were charged by the United States Department of Justice with either committing or conding acts of police brutatlity. But why this was a big problem because he was police commissioner of Philadelphia Pa.
Also this website explains to me that he had a very hard time while he was mayor becausse alot of people liked him and alot of people didnt so they were very different sides of everything. Some people called Frank Rizzo a villian not a hero and alot of other people called him a hero for what he has done for the Italian Americans in South Philly.
